Associate Marketing Manager Poland [Polish mother tongue]

BlaBlaCar is hiring a Marketing Manager for Poland. The successful candidate will join the Polish team in Warsaw and will be reporting to the Poland Country Manager. BlaBlaCar is looking for a team member with Polish as their mother tongue language, who has a strong international and marketing oriented profile.

Key responsibilities will include:

Defining and executing strategies to drive traffic to the local BlaBlaCar website and to raise brand awareness
Building, launching and monitoring online marketing campaigns
Tracking and reporting campaign performances
Finding and building new online acquisition channels through partnerships
Conducting market research and competitor analysis
Work with our multi-lingual team to harmonise and benchmark our marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in online marketing campaigns (1 to 2 years)
Must be familiar with online marketing metrics (CPC, CPL etc…) and business models
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
Creative, Proactive, taking initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong data and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel
Autonomous, rigorous and organised
Polish mother tongue, fluent English (good French and/or additional European languages a significant plus)
International experience for work or studies a significant plus
Engineering or Business school degree (Master’s level)

Place: Warsaw
Contract: Long-term contract
Salary: Depending on experience
