The Goggles will drop, and half the time they tumble out of bounds. Don't panic—hang around that area and kill a zombie. Wisp Tea's spirit effect should kick in, drift out, grab the Goggles, and place them back where you can actually pick them up.



Turning them in at the Toy Box
With both items secured, take the portal back to the clean version of Nuketown and head toward the Exfil Station on Trinity Avenue. You're looking for a Toy Box near some wooden crates; interact with it to deposit the Headset and Goggles and lock in this quest step so the next hunt can start in the destroyed map.
